Our standard protocol for new users has been setting a default password but required the ‘Force User to Change Password on Next Login’ checkbox under each user profile.
The issue I’m discovering is that the mobile app does not like that. It will say invalid credentials instead of popping up some type of interface allowing them to set the password.
This is troublesome as users then have to use a web browser for the first login, set password, then can begin using the mobile app. Has anyone else discovered this?
