Is it possible to include the items in zero count in the physical inventory count

Is it possible to include the items in zero count in the physical inventory count? I am trying to include the items that have zero amount in the Inventory Count but doesn't allow me to it.

It can be done if you change the relationships in report.  Here are the changes I made.

I have attached a copy of the printed report.
