Internal Notes and Warehouse Notes on Sales order

Our team just updated to 2025 R1. We now realize that the internal notes and warehouse detail text boxes are gone on the sales orders. What functionality were these replaced with? We used these fairly heavily :)

    ​@SBaldwin - I wouldn’t be sure without seeing what you’re seeing, but is it possible that these fields were added through a customization?  Customizations are typically unpublished as a result of version upgrades, so if this was exposed via customization, it may just be a matter of republishing.  Feel free to show me a screenshot and I can give you a better response.
