How to deal with Outdated Shipping Terms?

We have some shipping terms that are outdated and should not be used. However, they have been used previously, so we can’t just delete them, as it will break past SOs. Is there a way to handle these in the system to prevent their use while retaining their historical record?

      ​@kkraus   What I'd recommend: The most reliable path is to engage your Acumatica VAR/partner or an Acumatica developer to add an Active/Inactive flag or a deprecation control to the Shipping Terms screen via the Customization Framework and whichever Shipping Terms are marked as Inactive, and then should not those Shipping Terms filed in all other screens.
