DeviceHub Scanning Error

A client is receiving the following message when they scan documents:

but the document is scanned, seemingly without issue. After a few weeks the scans will stop working, and they have to reboot everything.

They seem to be able to replicate the issue when multiple users try scanning at the same time (both will get the message, even though both documents scan). The users are on independent workstations with their own instances of DeviceHub. 

Acumatica version 2021-R2 21.208.0032

Any ideas on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated.

Will it be possible to provide the error trace?

Furthermore, does the issue pop up when Device Hub is run as administrator?

@MinushaWeerasuriya76 I have not been able to get an error trace as of yet but will post if able.

They have setup a scanner_admin user in for Device Hub, are you asking if Device Hub is being run as an administrator on the PC?

Yes, ideally they should launch Device hub as administrator.
