A client is receiving the following message when they scan documents:
but the document is scanned, seemingly without issue. After a few weeks the scans will stop working, and they have to reboot everything.
They seem to be able to replicate the issue when multiple users try scanning at the same time (both will get the message, even though both documents scan). The users are on independent workstations with their own instances of DeviceHub.

Any ideas on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated.
