Customer Credit Check - Projects and Service Orders

“Service Orders and Appointments don’t support credit hold yet.

What works today:

• Customer status: Setting the customer to Credit Hold or On Hold blocks selecting them on new service orders and projects.

Found that this feature (having credit limit function) in Service Management is not in the plans as of now. However this does not mean it is something not going to consider.

Credit Hold does not prevent follow-up appointments, or other billable work from being generated | Community

Further, if really insist to have this feature, reach out to Acumatica, might be able to help developing a customization to meet the requirement, however it would be billable.
