When will Acumatica add the Credit Check process to Service Orders/Appointments and Projects?

Hi ​@debbiereed72 ,

“Service Orders and Appointments don’t support credit hold yet.

What works today:

  • Customer status: Setting the customer to Credit Hold or On Hold blocks selecting them on new service orders and projects.

​@Rakshanda thank you.. but that’s a manual process that should not be needed in an ERP system.
