Cannot release invoice due to An error occurred during processing of the field CuryAdjgAmt

Hello our team was trying to process a Sales Invoice but forgot to change the currency from CAD to USD. 

So the incorrect invoice was generated in CAD but not USD.

 

To fix the issue, the incorrect invoice with CAD currency was opened and did click the “Correct Invoice”. The invoice with USD Currency was generated. However, when we tried releasing it, it shows this message:

 

 

Without releasing it, the system won’t create the credit memo to cancel the incorrect invoice (CAD)

 

Do you know how can we can fix this?

Hello,

I see several known issues containing the same message, but none is in the Sales Invoice screen.

Is your site customized?  If so, please rule out the possibility that customizations are interfering with correction of the invoice: temporarily un-publish customizations and try to Correct Invoice/release Credit.

If the same message occurs with customizations temporarily un-published, please check for any additional information in Tools → Trace.  A support case may be needed.
