We use bank feeds to create expense receipts for our corporate cards. It worked just fine for a while but lately I keep getting the message “Error: Another process has added the 'CABankTranMatch' record. Your changes will be lost.” every couple of weeks when trying to run the Retrieve Bank Feeds process. Is this something that others have encountered? How can it be fixed?

The first time the error appeared I had to disconnect and delete the entire bank feed and reconnect (downloaded duplicate transactions because I wasn’t quite sure when it stopped importing) before it would work again.

The second and third times, I was able to delete the individual card users, save, then re-add them (tedious, but not impossible with 40ish corporate cards) and the import worked. I’m hoping this works again this fourth time.

The bank feed uses Plaid to import our AmEx charges.

User Receives Error Message: "Another process has added the 'CABankTranMatch' record. Your changes will be lost." when loading transactions from the bank feed while Expense Receipt creation is enabled, and the Reference Number (RefNbr) of the Expense Receipt created from bank feeds for the most recent date does not match the External Transaction ID (Ext. Tran. ID) of the matched bank transaction.

Workaround:Can you request the user to Disconnect the Bank Feed and Re-connect. This will re-establish a fresh connection and help resolve the issue if its related to the connect with MX and Financial Institution.

@mohammadnawaz51 We are on 26R1 now but were on the first couple of times it happened.

I had to disconnect and reconnect the first time. That was a hassle though because we had some duplicate transaction downloaded AND I still had to reset all the corporate cards.
