I’m hoping to get a certificate an Acumatica Certificate for Field Service Management.
How do I navigate through the Acumatica University to get this & Am I going about this the wrong way?

To get access to partner materials, your user must be properly configured and a company you work at must have an active partner contract with Acumatica. If one of these doesn’t comply with rules, you can only attend onboarding cohorts for customers and prospects, which do not include partner courses. You can see the detailed information about the upcoming cohort here:
