Is your Acumatica system running harder than you realize?

Acumatica 2026 R1 introduces a powerful new Resource Monitoring dashboard that gives administrators and partners real-time visibility into how their system is actually consuming CPU, SQL, and memory — mapped directly to the screens and actions driving that load.

Join us for a live walkthrough where we'll show you how to use the new monitoring tools to spot performance hotspots before they become problems, understand where your consumption stands relative to your license tier, and have smarter, data-driven conversations about capacity and growth.

What you'll learn:

  • How to read real-time and historical resource consumption charts
  • How to use drill-down views to isolate which users, screens, or request types are driving load
  • How recommended maximums for CPU, SQL, and memory map to your license tier
  • How VARs can use aggregated dashboards to support customer health conversations

Whether you're a system administrator, a VAR consultant, or both — this session will change how you think about managing Acumatica performance.

Live Q&A included – bring your real-world questions

Hi @Chris Hackett, I wanted to share my feedback in hopes of reaching the production team for future releases.

The new system monitor screen does a good job of providing the tools to help system admins identify when the system has performance issues, whether it may be several isolated spikes or continued high usage, and helping admins pinpoint exactly where the spikes were.

However, while the underlying data is good, I think it's a little too technical to provide immediate value for many customers. Small to medium-size businesses may not have the technical resources to interpret the meaning behind the data, and even if they did, it may take them some time to interpret and analyze the root cause.

What I was hoping for was some sort of AI-driven layer to help interpret the data and provide system admins with WHY the system may be experiencing performance issues.

For example, Why am I seeing a 90% DCU spike on a particular screen? Why do I have an average of 10 slow requests a day for the past 15 days? Is this a server-side issue, an ISV hang up, bad customization code, an overly complex GI?

If Acumatica can help us interpret the data and guide us toward the most likely cause, I think that's where the real value lies. Instead of simply presenting data, the system would provide actionable insights that would help both customers and partners resolve issues faster.

Hi @kevinpopeck - Thank you for the feedback. While I don’t have the answers to those questions, there are likely resources who can chime in. I would suggest posting this all to the https://community.acumatica.com/system-health-and-performance-118 forum. That’s likely a good place to have this type of discussion. Cheers, Chris
