Where are the 2 FA Settings for 12 hours or 30 days?

The 2FA instructions state Users can choose to trust a device for 12 hours or 30 days. Where is this setting? 

 

Also… Our Users have to login with 2FA multiple times from the same devices. Why does that happen?
