Vendor Part Number Duplicates on Cross Reference Tab

Good day.  This is shot in the dark question.  However, we have SPSS EDI for fulfillments of our purchase orders.  We are getting this weird occurrence with the Vendor Cross reference duplicates and also it seems to make up alternate IDs as well.  Has anyone experienced this phenomenon?

We are on 2025R2.  If we delete them they just reoccur.
