Hello all,
I have been facing the above error while I am trying to confirm the shipment.
After successfully establishing the connection between UPS & Acumatica, under the Customers tab, I added the customer as below:
and the same got updated for the customer ID. And now when I m trying to confirm the shipment it triggers the error.
I would like to know what would happen if I wont any of the customer accounts under the Carriers screen?
