Unit Conversion- When required to issue items with Multiple UOM

One of client has below requirement.

For easy stock movement and selling purposes they keep some items as 12 piece pack. During their sales operations, sometimes they sell the items as 12 piece packs as well as individual pieces. They have some scenario where they provide 1 individual piece as a free item when selling 12 piece pack. they are not keeping seperate item stock to provide as free item and they take individual units from 12 packs. How can we handle this.

Hey ​@MWijesuriya43 , Under the stock items screen we have the options for Base Unit & Sales Unit.
Where the Base Unit could be defined as EACH and Sales Unit as PACK and under the UOM grid, in the same screen, define the conversions.
So as per the client’s requirements, when an SO would be created, if it should sell a pack then select Qty = 1 and UOM = PACK and if an individual to be sold then set qty = 1 and UOM = EACH.
