Client has repeated error with sales orders with ship via of Walk in - when they go to create the shipment

The sales order is created through the sales order screen SO301000 and the client uses a paper pick ticket, and the order is placed on hold for pick up.  The current work around is to create a new sales order and they are able to create a shipment.  This was a known issue from older versions, I tried the suggested work around of changing the quantity to zero and then back to one, but still received the error.  Any input is appreciated.

The client is on 2024 R1 Build 24.111.0011Build 24.111.0011 Customization: ShopifyOrderNoteMapping2024922,ARPrintinvoices,PXLotSerialNbrAttributeExtPkg,AddKitAssemblyPickListtoScreen,DynBudAdaptors2023,LoginPageImages,longerDescription,SOscreen20240801,GTISOLineUpdater2420240723,KitAssemblyPickList20240801,POscreen20240801,BankDepositPayments,SOOrdTypeSubAcctOvrd2022R11,GTI2420240723,GTIFSS2420240723,GTIDiscounts2420240701,GTILotAttributes2420240701,GTISOUDF2420240723,GTISmallBagger2420240814,GTISeedWeightCalculation2420240701,GTIPhysicalInventImport24202406031

Hi @bethgrant20

Did you get a change to review the below one https://community.acumatica.com/archive%2D276/known%2Dissue%2Din%2Dacumatica%2Derp%2D2020%2Dr2%2Dand%2Dlater%2Din%2Dsome%2Dcases%2Dthe%2Dorder%2Ddoes%2Dnot%2Dcontain%2Ditems%2Dplanned%2Dfor%2Dshipment%2Derror%2Dappeared%2Don%2Da%2Duser%2Ds%2Dattempt%2Dto%2Dcreate%2Da%2Dshipment%2Dfrom%2Da%2Dsales%2Dorder%2D4725

First make sure sales order items have sufficient quantiles to ship, and the sales order dates are correct in header and line-item level,

And also, could try retyping the quantity and retry to create the shipment,

also try to put on hold and remove hold and retry to create the shipment.

@bethgrant20 if there is nothing to ship, could you not use the IN order type instead of the SO order type?

I tested the IN SO in the clients test environment and it went right through.  I have asked the client to test it out.

Thank you for your help!
