@PatrickSchlenker90 Sorry to update here, I am able to figure out with the sales profitability analysis inquiries and adjusted the GI as per the business needs.

You could start with the SOLine table, group by InventoryID and sorty by OrderQty.  Additional filters could be used as necessary - such as order date and order status.

@Manikanta Dhulipudi : You can use the “Sales Profitability for Last 12 Months” GI, in best Case in a Dashboard widget as Acumatica provide it already for a quarter (Sales Manager Dashboard). There you have all values you need to build an overview your are looking for. Also you can copy the GI and add some result column e.g. qty of the Transactions
