Security on "specify Shipment parameters" when shipping from a sales order

Hello,

We would like the user to have rights to change the shipment date in this pop-up box.

Shipping from sales order screen.

This date is not editable by the customer.

The user does have rights to change the date here on the sales order which accomplishes the same thing.  We just prefer to edit it in the popup box.

 

I can’t find the pop up box in the security tree to ensure it is enabled.

Any suggestions?
