Hello, looking for a sanity check. I can “Restrict Visibility” to a company for Vendors and customers. However, there is not “restrict visibility” option for stock items and non-stock items correct?
It seems I need to use restriction groups for this which would be very cumbersome.
Am I missing any other options?

That is correct.
The restrict visibility to functionality is just for customers and vendors at this time.
In order to restrict access to items, restriction groups need to be configured for those.
