Would I be correct in thinking that the purchase order line item status completes when received and closes when their corresponding bill is paid?

Hello,
There are some dependencies, criteria Acumatica uses for determining whether to Complete PO lines.
There is a % threshold setting in the vendors screen that can allow lines to be automatically completed when less than the full quantity/amount is received.
Whether the Bill is Paid has no effect; lines are closed when the Bill is created/released.
