Print Sales Order option is not available in the Back Order Status

Hi,

In the sales orders screen, the “Print Sales Order” button is disabled when the SO is in backorder status. Does anyone know what is the reason to disable the report when the order is in the back order status?

@dsenevirathne54 Limitation by Acumatica on Shipping/Backorder status.

@dsenevirathne54 Standard Acumatica will not support to print the sales order from Sales order screen.

There are two options.

  1. Navigate ti orubted forms and click print sales order for back order orders.
  2. Customize the workflow to print the report in backorder status .

Thank you for your response, Yes it is not available in the SO Screen and we have above mentioned options. Do you know why it is not allowed in SO when it is in Back order? Any specific reason?
