Is there functionality in Acumatica that allows a user to add notes to a certain type of sales order (like RR) that would trigger a pop-up message with indications when creating a shipment?

But I think I should have been more specific on the question though. The note that I’m looking for is based more on the type of order rather than the order itself. Like a reminder, check list like, that will remind the shipping personnel to send paperwork on every RR type order.

To add a pop-up to remind employees of the workflow requirements for a given order type will also require customization. There is no standard feature for the kind of pop-up note you have described.
