We are working with a client to implement the Mobile App on their scan device. It seems the Pick, Pack, & Ship function on the mobile device does not Include the @ship function. Can anyone explain the logic behind why the @SHIP function is not available on the mobile device. It is available as an option on the web version.

We did, Pick, then we did the pack function, and then expected the ship function to be next. We submitted a support ticket because ship wasnt working, the original post is the screen shot support sent us and they said @SHIP is not part of Mobile app. It just seems “incomplete” not to have that.

Have you tried to pick, and pack. The ship button might appear after the first 2 steps are complete.
If not check the settings for the mobile app.
