Manual Price checkbox SO to Invoice

I have a user who is concerned about the Manual Price checkbox being checked on the Invoice but it is not checked on the Sales Order. From what I can see, the prices are the same on the SO and Invoice. 

Where is the system getting this Manual Price field from? It is the same on the other invoices that I have checked.
