We upgraded to 2024R2 and we have 2 issues that need help to resolve:
When we email quotes or SO it defaults to the account email and not the contact in the SO form? this is new in 2024R2 for us
We have a message that pops up in the SO or invoices in the description field when saved or copied, the message is “keep”, can this be removed or what is the purpose?

That makes perfect sense and I just emailed them and they have a patch next week for that. What about my problem with email to the SO contact and not that account email?
