Im trying to release a kit from the Kit Assembly page and keep getting this error. There’s no one else using the system and Ive deleted all other Balanced forms of this assembly?

Have you tried restarting the application from the ‘Apply Updates’ page?
Hi no havent published any customisations. The Kits are created and released through the API.. Where is the Apply Updates page..

If you don’t see it, perhaps you don’t have the required permissions.

yeah i dont think that really helps. Anyone else? I think it has something to do with tstamp however how to I fix this as I dont have access to the SQL server
