Hello,
There is no automatic option, such as a checkbox, that will add Qty on PO Receipt to the lines of the Sales Order. The screen could be customized by a developer to add the field you need.

+1Yes, this is a low code / no code customization that has very little risk of impacting anything else in the system. I would recommend someone perform this with some experience doing low code / no code customizations. If there is nobody in your organization who can do this, I’m sure your VAR could help.
