Inventory Qty On Hand traceability report

1)Inventory Valuation (IN615500) 
2)Inventory Transaction History (IN405000)
3)Inventory Lot/Serial History (IN407000)

hi ​@Rakshanda , thanks for your prompt response. However the Lot Serial history report has the key of Lot/Serial Number while I’m looking to get a report with the key as Stock.

Inventory Valuation has the qty & cost on real time & ledger specific not periodical specific.

Inventory Trxn history runs on single item whereas the request is to generate for all items or maybe sometimes on a single item and want to check the qty on hand period wise not for each specific date.

I don't believe Acumatica has a standard report that provides historical inventory balances by Lot/Serial Number for a specific period.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you are looking for a report that can backtrack and display the Qty On Hand as of a previous month, broken down by Lot/Serial Number and Warehouse/Location.

The Historical Inventory Balance report displays the inventory activity for each financial period, including In Qty and Out Qty. However, it does not provide a breakdown by Lot/Serial Number.

Based on my knowledge, there is no out of the box report in Acumatica that shows historical on-hand quantities by Lot/Serial Number for a selected period. This requirement would likely require a custom report or inquiry that reconstructs the inventory balance from the transaction history.
