Why is quantity of inventory shipped different from the quantity order?

Hi all, I have a product code with unit conversion.1 carton(thùng) = 48 bags (túi)I create an order with a quantity of 6 bags.When creating a shipment, the quantity is converted to 6.24 bags.I don't know where I am wrong Thanks in advanced.

How to set up approval when PPV Amount field is non-zero on POReceipt (PO302000) screen?

Hi everyone, I want to set approval condition when PPV field is non-zero but I don't see PPV Amount field on assignment maps screen, anyone have an idea to set up I’ve already tried to set up on another screen (Bills & Adjustments) or purchase order but it doesn't work.

Mass Print Shipment Confirmation after confirmed

"Print Shipment Confirmation" under Process Shipments screen can only print shipments before confirmed. Can this be changed to can also print after confirmed?

How to prevent an Item from being dropshipped?

We work with hundreds of vendors, some with whom we can drop-ship and some we cannot. Is there a mechanism by which we can prevent a user from creating a drop-ship PO on a certain items or with certain vendors?

We just upgraded to 2023R2 and have issues with the Sales Order screen.When using CREATE SHIPMENT action on the screen, Order Date changes to Requested On date.Anyone also had this issue?

I configured out clients Easypost account and was able to easily add nearly all the UPS services I need EXCEPT for Worldwide services.I checked on Easyposts’ site and they do support them but they don't show up in my available services. What am I doing wrong?

Location wise costing enable with FIFO issue method

Hi, There was a requirement that user needs to keep different Item Costing track in different locations under the same warehouse. Ex: Item A -- Location A Cost =10$ // 100 Qty // GRN : 01-Feb-2020 Item A -- Location B Cost =20$ // 200 Qty // GRN : 01-Jan-2021 Item A -- Location C Cost =0$ // 300 Qty // GRN : 01-Dec-2021User need to issue from Location C(With 0$ cost Items), but when select the Location C, system is considering oldest stock first. As a result system issued from Location A.(GRN : 01-Feb-2020).If we enable Location costing, when we select the Location C , system issued 0$ stocks item from Location C. Not considering entire warehouse.Need to verify the Practice. RegardsNethupul

One Warehouse for all the branches

Hello!Is there’s a way to use one warehouse for all the branches, without creating multiple warehouses. Since the branch is mandatory in the warehouses profile and it posts transactions for the selected branch of the warehouse, it is unable to use one warehouse for all the branches. Issue with TR order type

We recently upgraded a client and found that with the upgrade TR order types now require a ship via. It was never required it previously. As these are transfers between store locations these should not have ship via. How do we make it so that TR order types do not require a ship via? We can not assign a Ship Via to a warehouse or to the Order Type. The Will Call box does not suffice any longer.

Pop up note in Vendor

When I’m creating a new vendor after the save event on the same vendor a pop-up note gets added automatically and I’ve not configured any notes to show up after saving the new vendor neither there is any customization for that. If someone has idea how the pop-up note auto populates at the time of save please do help e with the steps or how I can disable it.

Record Serial Numbers for receiving batch at once using serial number of the box

HiI have a requirement to record the serial numbers of a receiving batch at once using the serial number of the box/Cartoon.Example : One box of items contains 100 units which has 100 serial numbers. Without opening the box and scanning them item by item, need to receive 100 items with the 100 serial numbers by scanning a serial number available for the box. The supplier provides the 100 serial numbers and the box serial number in excel before we receive the shipment. How is this possible in Acumatica?Best Regards,Dulanjana

Hi!I am working on figuring out how to make the following happen…I need to be able to have a map that assigns a sales person to the sales order depending on the customer account and which warehouse the product is coming from. Process Orders/Create shipment - need to limit to only lines with available quantities to ship

Hello,In the Process Orders screen, set the action to “Create Shipments”:It shows all sales orders within the selection dates.Even if there is no quantity in inventory.Shippers want to use this screen to ship everything they can, and this screen if perfect for that. However, they only want to see what can actually be shipped. There is no quantity on hand or quantity available shown that you can filter on. Am I missing something here?Is there another screen that will allow them to see all SO lines with an available quantity that they can ship from?I could write a GI or something, but then they have to open to SO and ship from there. Shipping people shouldn’t need to ever open a sales order to ship it.Thanks!

FYI...Hi, We found an issue when upgrading to 22.103.0018 :“Sales orders that remained open and were processed after the upgrade lost taxes”We solved it ICorrecting them (those that were posted) and add the taxes to calculate them again and post them.:)

Sales Tax Changing Region when converting sales order to Invoice

It is not happening on every sale but periodically the sales order when we convert it to an invoice changes the ship to address sales tax to the company address rate. the office is VA but ship to is Florida in this example.

Acumatica mobile app doesn't have serial number input line

Hi guys,I want to tracking serial number for some high value item. I enabled Lot and Serial Tracking feature. I created a Serial class and used on an item. Than I tried to follow below manual to test it but there is no separate line let me scan serial number.
