Manual Freight rates not getting displayed

Hello all,I have defined a manual freight rate under Ship Via Codes:The packages are also defined:Stock item The Test connection to the carrier is also successful.And now when I went ahead to create a sales order, select the particular stock item & customer, selected the specific Ship Via or if I select a Shipping term:The freight rate (Freight Price field) is not getting updated:What is it that I going wrong here?Thanks in advance.

Track revenue on an inventory item which has never been sold

Is it possible to track revenue for an inventory item which is rented out before it is eventually sold? There would also be a revenue share paid from the rental location back to the parent company. Thank you!

Credit Card Process when there are multiple shipments against an order

We are using the Authorize.net plug-in Our typical business process is:Authorize the entire amount of the sales order - say $1,000 Create shipments. There often is more that a single shipment because we ship certain items from one warehouse and others from other warehouses. Say the authorization amount is $1,000 We invoice the first shipment and we are triggered to Capture via Credit Card Processing for Sales (SO.50.70.00) - say $800.00. When we invoice the second shipment there is no trigger to capture the second shipment for $200.00. It seems that the remaining authorization does not transfer to the second shipment/invoice. The result is that we are releasing invoices that have credit card terms but have a balance I’m thinking that the credit card system does not allow for authorizations to be split.What would be the best business process to ensure that we are capturing the remaining balance on the second invoice?

LREX Monitoring to some items only

Hello Everyone!I have query, hope you guys can help me out. We have an existing inventory list, all of which LREX is not enabled...but now we want to enable the LREX monitoring, is this possible? What are the conditions e.g. should the qty be zero? is it set in the PO stage of getting new qty of the inventory item? Are there any more conditions? How do I set up Purchase Orders to Create a receipt with only 1 line Item

Good day,I have setting questions; Is there a purchase order setting that will allow the user to select the item(s) they want on the purchase receipt when here are multiple line on the PO. Right now, when the user creates the purchase receipt they delete the items not received. It causes the PO to remain open but if they forget or move forward we can receive items into inventory that have not been received. I want to user to be able to select the line(s) on the PO first and then only those items will be on the PR.Any suggestions.@Evan G

Unable to create shipment on Walk-in sales order.

Client has repeated error with sales orders with ship via of Walk in - when they go to create the shipmentThe sales order is created through the sales order screen SO301000 and the client uses a paper pick ticket, and the order is placed on hold for pick up. The current work around is to create a new sales order and they are able to create a shipment. This was a known issue from older versions, I tried the suggested work around of changing the quantity to zero and then back to one, but still received the error. Receipt type SO shipment with Pacejet

Hi community! I have a customer that does a lot of customer consignment. They basically need to receive items into Acumatica and integrate with Pacejet because of the high number of inbound shipments. Acumatica told me receipt type SO shipment is not supported with Pacejet so I’m wondering if anyone out there has experienced something similar.

Replenishment. Items on Sales Orders. Items without Replenishment settings but in Item Class that has Replenishment settings.

We have Items without Replenishment settings but that are in an Item Class that has Replenishment settings. When these items are on a Sales Order, we would like to capture them in the Replenishment process. We don’t like to use Mark for PO because then our Sales Reps need to know which items have Replenishment settings and which items need to be Marked for PO.Is there a way for the Replenishment process to catch items on Sales Orders that have no Replenishment settings?

Inc/ex GST Pricing

I am keen to know how the configuration is like to be able to switch between inc/ex tax pricing in sales order. Ex: A product has price set in Sales Prices $110 (GST is included). When sold to customer as inc GST of 10%, the price is $110, order total is the same.Sold to customer as ex GST, the unit price is $100, total $110.No matter who the customer is, the order total should remain the same i.e., $110.Have tried using Tax Calculation Mode but it only affects how tax is calculated. Changing Net vs Gross affects total price where this should remain the same.

Is there a way to find out which account scanned which items using a mobile scanner, not an inventory tag? It would be really helpful for auditing if I could track exactly which account scanned what items and I figure it must be somewhere.

Custom Order Entry Program does not Allow Add New Customer from the Edit Icon

My custom order entry program has a Customer ID field. The Edit Icon shows the list of customers and allows selection of a customer. If the customer does not exist and the customer ID field is empty the Edit Icon will not popup the New Record screen.Screen Properties are set to true for AllowAddNew and AllowEdit. AllowAddNew is not working. Is there something that has to be set on the Customer side to allow add new from my Custom program?

We have several vendors that will provide free freight if we order a specific dollar amount (ex. $3000). Has anyone found a way to document this type of discount in the purchase order document so the buyer knows they can get free freight if they increase the PO amount to $3000.

Reusing Address objects across Customers?

I had another post about creating a parent-child structure to synchronize a single bill-to address among a bunch of different customers with different shipping addresses. This allows for treating ship-to customers as separate customers (can have different company names, different contacts, etc.), but a single shared billing entity.An alternate way to achieve this would be to allow customers to share billing addresses. Has anyone ever attempted something like this with customization?The idea would be to use Address table in Acumatica to provide a shared bill-to address amongst companies who have different characteristics, but share the same billing entity. This way, you could maintain consistency across all companies sharing that bill-to address.

What settings are needed to have a Reason Code subaccount pull from Project?

It appears the only option for selecting the subaccount on a reason code is from I - Inventory, P - Posting Class, R - Reason Code or W - Warehouse. How do we indicate that the subaccount should come from the Project settings? If this is not possible, what strategies are you using to solve for this?
