Vendor Price Worksheet Only Uploading Last Row Data

I’m currently using Acumatica 2023 R1. When I upload a vendor price worksheet with multiple lines, only the last line shows up. No issues with the sales price worksheet though.Has anyone had a similar issue and/or have a fix?Thanks!

Default non-stock unit cost to 0.00?

I need unit cost of non-stock item to default to 0.00 on Requisitions, PO’s, etc. Currently it defaults to the last cost. Anyone know if this can be done? I haven’t found a setting.

Problem with Replenishment report

I am having an issue with the replenishment report not working all of the time. One day the items show to reorder, and the next they do not. Here are screen shots of what I am seeing. From this screen shot you can see that some of these items should come up on my reorder report, and they did yesterday. Today I am getting ready to order these items. And this is what I see now. You can see that they should still be there based on the parameters. However they do not show up today. I am not sure why it has changed. We have not made any changes to the items. If someone can explain that would be very appreciated.Thank you,

In our warehouse, only one lot/serial can be stored in a location at the time. In Acumatica is there a feature or method to limit the location to store only one lot/serial number?

Packing slip duplicate line are appearing

Hi,I'm seeking assistance with an issue regarding duplicate lines generated in the packing slip report. How to use AP Automation with Normal POs and Dropship POs?

Hello,Our company has been using Acumatica for three months after transitioning from Sage 100. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experience with AP automation for both standard purchase orders (POs) and dropship POs. We handle a large volume of both types, and the majority of our AP bills are generated from POs.For those using AP automation with standard POs, how do you manage the delay between receiving the AP bill and the PO receipt?Similarly, for AP automation with dropship POs, we usually create the PO receipt upon receiving the AP bill and then invoice the customer immediately afterward. How do you manage this process?Our AP department does not feel AP Automation is helping as we hoped . . . Any insights from the group would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Andrew Paquette

Stock item that has multiple items that need to be scanned

Hi, Looking for a solution to the following. We have a stock item that has multiple components, each which has it’s own barcode. We want to be able to store the items in separate bin locations and sell them together. The closest I found is using non-stock kits. But run into below issues:if you add a non-stock kit to a purchase order, the purchase receipt doesn’t show the component parts purchase receipt also doesn’t appear to allocate any costs at all to the products can’t track quantity of non-stock kits when a non-stock kit is on a sales order, the availability of the components still shows available until a shipment is made. I have a client that is on 24R1. They setup their companies without branches. However, when they go to enter a A/P bill under the details section only one company is showing up to select from. Good dayIs it possible to reclassify a journal from a purchase receipt. I created a purchase receipt and the debit when into inventory, however the end user omitted the project and project task.On clicking the reclassify function I can only see the credit side of the journal, how do I make changes to the debit side of the journal.

How to ignore serial numbers on Physical Counts

Hi, we have a few serialized products. When I generate a PI and print Physical Count Sheets, it wants to print 20 pages for one item because it has each serial number on a separate line. I would like to just count by Stock Item Number and assume all the serial numbers are correct. For example, instead of seeing 50 lines for #ABC123 with each line having a unique serial number, I’d like to see 1 line that says #ABC001 book qty 50, and an empty box for me to count the #ABC001 and say we have 50. Any ideas?

We want certain business events to be sent to the Account Email, the Primary Contact Email, and the Bill To Email. If an email address is the same for two or three of these emails, will the Acumatica Business Event send the Business Event email to the same email address multiple times or just once? We are on Acumatica 2022 R2 and moving to 2023 R2.

Hi, for new sales offers we would like to use the vendor price of the standard vendor as base for our calculations. But the standard sales order screen does not show it. It seems that there is a customization nessary.Did anybody do this already or knows how to do it?CheersLars

Shipping Address displayed in GI

I need to display the address from the shipping tab on a Custom GI. Currently i can display the Billing address info without any problems but i am not sure how to display the shpping address. When i inspect the element for the shipping address The data field is AddressLine1, The DataClass is Address, This is the same thing i see when i inspect the element on the Billing tab. The only difference is the ViewName. for the shipping tab the view name is DefLocationAddress. How do i refer to AddressLine1 for the Shipping Tab in a GI?

Import scenario Processed via Business Event

Hi community. Please assist, I have. An import scenario that is triggered by a business event. The Business event completes but with an error for the import scenario. however, when i resume processing of the event from the BE History screen, it runs. Please assist , what am i missing.?

Stock Item Import - Error: 'Purchase Unit' cannot be empty.

Attempting to overwrite assigned Inventory IDs to new Item Classes. The Item Classes show that the Purchase Unit for the SKU is set to EACH. When attempting the import scenario we continue to get the following error. Error: 'Purchase Unit' cannot be empty.Any suggestions on how to overwrite an item to a new Item Class and bypass this error. I have attempted to inject in the scenario Vendor > Purchase Unit > =’EACH’ and =EACH with no success.
