We have customers and prospects with their own fleet of delivery vehilces. They are interested in using Workwave route optimization to help facilitate the deliver of Acumatica generated Shipments.
Has anyone integrated Acumatica and Workwave for Shipments? I understand there is an integration for Field Service. This request is for Order Management Shipments only.

I am not aware of anybody who has built an integration. Acumatica is currently working with WorkWave to define requirements and determine feasibility. Will update this thread when more info is available.

+4any update on workwave integration to route order management shipments
We are working on something for 2021 Q1, but we have not finalized the date.
Customers would like the routing to be more dynamic. Can the route optimization take into account delivery windows set at the customer level? If there was a specific customer calendar, the route optimization could look to see those windows and schedule any deliveries on days / hours to fit their windows.
