Incorrect Fedex Freight Cost

Using 2024R1 and the Fedex Rest API - we are noticing major discrepancies between the freight cost returned to Acumatica and what we are actually charged.  The variance is between 15-30% and the cost Acumatica is typically lower in most cases.  The weights and package dimensions match between Acumatica and the Fedex cost report.  Ideas?

    We are in the process of upgrading from 2022R1 to 2024R1 - is FedEx Freight now supported in 24R1? Currently we have to ship outside of Acumatica for freights. We also have separate account numbers for freight and small package. If so, that would mean we would have to have two separate carrier profiles right?
