How to delete the adjustment transaction not in use, the status is Balanced even the access right is “Delete”

Hi @pandachan48  You might not have an access to delete any Adjustments records
Have you checked the Access Rights by Screen or Access Rights by User screens?

I have checked my access right, even I’m administrator role I cannot delete the adjustment transaction

Could you please check the access rights permission for adjustments screen, 

if possible share screenshot of access permissions.

yes, I have changed all you highlighted to “Delete” but still same

@pandachan48  Are you seeing this behaviour for only a particular Adjustment record Or for all the Adjustments you could not able to delete? Please confirm.

Hi @pandachan48 

Please check the source of the adjustment. If its generated automatically from any module, it will be treated as ‘System generated’ adjustment document. System generated documents cannot be deleted manually.
