How do you un-Orchestrate a Sales Order?

I looked at Beacon and the short answer seems to be: there isn’t a way to “unorchestrate” a sales order in Acumatica.

• The Orchestrate Order button only starts the orchestration process.
• There is no reverse action to remove or undo orchestration once it has been triggered. 

Since there’s no way to “unorchestrate” a sales order, the usual workaround is:

• Cancel the original sales order (if it’s still in a cancellable status like On Hold, Open, Awaiting Payment, or Credit Hold).
• Then use Copy Order to create a new order from the original. 

When you copy the order:

• A Copy To dialog appears where you can choose whether to recalculate prices and discounts.
• The system creates a new order based on the original details. 

So in practice: cancel the orchestrated order and recreate it using Copy Order if you need a fresh one.

@dgodsill97 There's no un-orchestrate command. The Orchestrated check box on the line is read-only, and changing the warehouse on an orchestrated line doesn't clear it. That's why your edit sticks but the flag stays.

What does clear it: change the line's quantity, UOM, or inventory ID. Any of those resets the Orchestrated box and blanks the Orchestration Plan column on that line. Warehouse alone doesn't. So bump the quantity by one and put it back (or delete the line and re-add it), and the flag drops.

Once you save with at least one open stock line that's no longer marked orchestrated, the order's Orchestration Status on the Shipping tab goes back to New and Orchestrate Order comes back on the More menu. Re-running it only touches lines that aren't flagged, so anything you set by hand and left flagged is skipped.

One thing to check first: if the original orchestration split a line across warehouses, you now have separate lines, each with its own flag. Delete the extras and put the full quantity back on one line before you re-run.

Tested on 2026 R1. Same feature in 2025 R2, so I'd expect the same triggers there.
