How do I get a list of all contacts listed in Acumatica? We do not have the CRM module.

Hi ​@jsudak Please see screenshots below. If you want only contacts that appear on the Contacts tab of customer, use the condition in screenshot 3. If you want to include customer contact info, don’t use the condition. Either way, those on the Contacts tab will appear in the results. 

For job title, the field is “Title” not “Salutation”

I have a SQL statement that returns all contacts associated with a Customer. The REST Customer request only returns the main contact info.

Hi ​@jsudak Even without the CRM module, you can create a generic inquiry with the CRContact table. You may want to add condition for the contact type. Otherwise results will show other records that exist in the table, such as employees. Let me know if any questions!

This seems to only provide the Account’s main contact from the General section of the Customer record. We have multiple contacts for most all Customers/Accounts. How do I get the additional contacts into the GI?

I am unable to bring in additional Customer contacts. I am also unable to get the Contact Name and Job Title to display.

Oh, and for name the field is ContactID_Description
