GL Error when trying to release stock take adjustment

I am trying to release a stock adjustment after stock take and get the following error. 

There are no details at all in the Trace. Has anyone got any ideas or seen this before?

    Sure. Interestingly, there are only 2 of these adjustments that will not release.

    Have you unpublished the customisation and verified this release?

    There is nothing in the trace. I don’t think there are any customizations. We have just done an upgrade to v. 2023 R2. If that was an issue, surely all the other adjustments would also be affected?

    Good day Community

    Sorry to post this on a Sunday but my client is desperate. This error has occurred again and I can’t trace or remember how we solved it a year ago.  

    The PI was released but trying to post the adjustment batch in GL raises an error. They did forget to mark not counted items as skipped, so there are some blank rows. How can I either open the review again or delete it. There are no options.

    Any urgent help would be greatly appreciated.
