When trying to confirm a shipment I get the error: “Carrier Service returned error. FEDEX: FORBIDDEN.ERROR We could not authorize your credentials. Please check your permissions and try again.” The carrier page for FedEx says the connection is successful, so I’m at a loss of what the issue could be.

The Error

I was able to fix this issue by adding certain API’s in the FedEx Developer portal to the project I’m using the credentials for in Acumatica.
These are the ones I use. Hope it helps if this is still an issue for you.

Hi @kkraus

Sometimes this is a FEDEX issue, I’ve seen it happen. The credentials test correctly then this error comes.

2 things to try here:

  1. Try to process again, it may have been some sort of issue on the Fedex side
  2. Try to re-enter the credentials.

Thank you for the the recommendation @Kandy Beatty. Unfortunately, neither of those fixes worked. The same issue is still happening.

Hi @kkraus

Did it work in a test environment previously?

Also, what are the URL’s being used?

I believe it was working in test. For PX.FedExRestCarrier.FedExRestCarrier, the URLs being used are:

I tried replace Cancel, Rate and Ship Endpoint with the links listed in the Help sheet: https://apis-sandbox.fedex.com/ship/v1/shipments/cancelhttps://apis-sandbox.fedex.com/rate/v1/rates/quoteshttps://apis-sandbox.fedex.com/ship/v1/shipments respectively. Unfortunately, while it would confirm, I can’t even shop for rates. It gives an error that fields can’t be empty.
