We are having an issue sending statements out of Acumatica.  We have O365 implemented.  Some of the emails have 19 attachments totalling 26mb.  We can see the sent messages in our mailbox, but the customers are not receiving them, BUT, if we FORWARD the same email message from our sent box to the customer they DO receive it.  So its not a limitation on our O365, it seems to be a send limit from Acumatica.

Any help on this topic is appreciated.

Acumatica's email sending restrictions may be the cause of your problem, particularly when managing huge attachments. When sending directly, Acumatica may be timed out or encountering size limits; however, forwarding via Outlook gets around these limitations.

To fix this:

1.Verify that the email size restrictions and timeout settings in Acumatica are set up to accommodate huge attachments.

2.Use External Mail provider: To handle bulk emails with huge attachments more effectively, think about utilizing an external mail provider like SendGrid or modifying your SMTP settings.

3.Divided Propositions: To remain inside the safe range, try to minimize the size or quantity of attachments.

This should enhance Acumatica's email deliverability directly.
