I have a customer scenario where they are trying to allocate stock through the Manage Sales Allocation screen (SO501010). Is there an option in the system to allocate stock only in the Base/Sales UOM or to prevent the allocation of partial inventory?

You use the Access Rights feature and assign permissions to the "Qty to Allocate" field for View Only.

+2There is a setting in Order Types, on the Template tab that controls whether or not inventory will be hard allocated during sales order entry. Please check if this is what is doing those partial allocations If you don’t want to allocate any stock during sales order entry, uncheck this and then you can use the Manage Sales Allocations for divvying up the inventory across your sales order lines.
