Confusion: We have the CRM module in our Acumatica 2023 R2.  Are Support and Cases now a part of the CRM module without extra licenses?

Hello @dougmcbride79 ,

I’m looking at Acumatica Licensing Guide 2023 and Case Management is shown  as “Available” for every edition of Acumatica: General Business, Retail, Construction, Manufacturing, and Distribution. I believe Case Management is available for purchase. I searched Acumatica.com for “Licensing Guide” and I do not see any more current versions of the same document.
