Creating SO from quote

Hello all,

I have a requirement where a user would like to create an SO from quote. Is there any automation that we can make use of or any import scenarios?

Hi ​@Harry,

 

Are they creating either a Sales Quote from Opportunities or Quote Sales Order Type? 

 

An order from the SO301000 screen with the type QT has the option to Copy Order, which converts the quote into a true sales order.

 

The Sales Quotes screen (CR304500) has a similar action.

 

These are the two most common options if they are creating the quote within Acumatica.

    ​@jhalling52 , thank you for your response, however I’m looking for any kind of automations that could be setup to convert quote to an order instead of doing it manually, reason being there are multiple quotes getting converted to an order so users cant go to convert each of them manually.
