We use batch picking, (4 shipments per worksheet) and sometime we need to confirm what we picked before the entire worksheet is completed/picked.
Is there any way from to confirm the lines that have been picked while leaving the rest open?
any thought or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Your VAR is correct, our batch picking does not currently support confirming incomplete picks. This is definitely on our roadmap for improvement!
One way to do this would be to use Manage Picking Queue form and click on the Pick List Nbr. It will tell you which items have been picked by checking the Picked Quantity column. In this example, I used Batch Picking for 2 shipments with 2 items each. I then used Pick, Pack, Ship to pick the first item, Lemons in this case, and the Pick List updates.
Okay, what happens if you pick eveything except one item and try to confirm the pick? (from the pick pack ship screen)
In my example, I picked one of two items on one order (of the two total orders). I did not confirm the pick. I simply viewed the Pick List from the Manage Picking Queue screen - it gets updated as your associate(s) pick. The Pick List does not appear to have a refresh capability, so I just closed and reopened between picking activities as I was testing a scenario similar to yours.
Okay, makes sense. The problem we are facing is when we go to confirm the pick it throws an error saying the pick is incomplete.
After talking to our VAR yesterday they confirmed that Acumatica has no way to confirm an incomplete pick. Hopefully they plan to fix it on future versions….
