Cannot create service orders for imported sales orders via import scenario

Hello!

 

I want to import multiple sales orders and create service orders from them. 

I am unable to create service orders for imported sales orders but when I copy and paste the same sales order, is able to create service order. 

Below is the import scenario I have created.
