Not sure if I’m missing something but there isn’t a field to add freight on transfer sales orders as you can see in the screen shot below. I also checked the order type settings to make sure calculate freight is checked.

Hello, Freight does not directly apply to the Transfer orders because AR documents are not generated for this type. However, if you are using a carrier, Ship Via code Freight can be assigned to the Shipment create from TR order.
