If the standard Acumatica version I see the warning system (yellow) in the Quantity field => no error (red) like yours.
I see on the SO screen as the picture you sent there are some fields that are customized. You contact the technical team to see if these customizations are the cause of the error?

I see the red highlighted fields on your Sales Order screen do not seem to be standard Acuamtica fields but are created by Customization.
