Big Commerce Inventory Tracking Issue

Somehow a lot of our Inventory on the Big Commerce site became “Untracked”. The check box labeled “Track Inventory” on all these items somehow became unchecked.

Does anyone know how this happened and how we can fix this issue without doing it manually for each item individually?

    No. This issue is not resolved. It has happened to 3 times.  Each time we had to retrack the inventory manually.
