Automating workgroup assignment based on Owner in Po

Hello all,

Is it possible that Acumatica can automatically assign the workgroup based on the owner?

Hello @Harshita ,

Here is an example where we use the Department of PO Owner to route Purchase Orders to the Department head (in Company Tree) for approval:

When Owner of PO is in Accounting Department
Route PO Approval to head of Accounting Dept.

@Harshita a user can be a member of multiple workgroups. How platform should determine what is the workgroup you want? Can you elaborate?
