Hi Acumatica,

Is there a way to set up Sales Prices based on the credit terms used in the Sales Order Screen?

Thank you!

In this case, I think it should be a customisation which will dynamically change the price based on the credit terms. I assumed that the credit terms would be static for the customer.

@Fie  Currently, this isn’t an option in Acumatica

You could set up the credit terms to be the same as the customer prices classes in terms of naming.

After this, you could create & run an import scenario which would update the customer price class on the customer to reflect the credit terms.

Hi @aiwan, may I ask your sample setup for this?

I tried on my end, but it's not working.

When you set a price class for a customer, it groups the customer based on price class, but my scenario is that they have a separate price list based on the terms.

Sales Price Scenario

#1

Customer  = ABC Company

Item = Item 01

Credit Term = COD

Sales Price = 100

#2

Customer  = ABC Company

Item = Item 01

Credit Term = 7 Days

Sales Price = 150

The automatic price in the Sales Order should vary based on the customer, item, and credit terms selected in the documents.

Thank you!
