Hi guys,
I want to tracking serial number for some high value item. I enabled Lot and Serial Tracking feature. I created a Serial class and used on an item. Than I tried to follow below manual to test it but there is no separate line let me scan serial number. Does any know what’s going on with this?

What process are you trying to do (Sales Order, Purchase Receipt, etc.)? If it’s a Sales Order, you enter the Serial Number under the Allocations button.
